Physical products purchased from Purgeaecleanse, including the printed Desk Reset Routine Guide and the Workspace Calm Planner Bundle, may be returned within thirty calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price, excluding original shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included materials such as desk reference cards and planner inserts intact.

Products that show signs of use, including written notes in planners, bent pages in guides, or missing components, may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for return at the discretion of Purgeaecleanse customer service.

2. Digital Product Policy

Digital products, including the digital edition of the Desk Reset Routine Guide and the Micro-Break Audio Collection, are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the digital content has been delivered to your email address. This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods once content has been accessed.

Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues preventing access to purchased digital content, duplicate charges, or unauthorized purchases. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital anti-stress products, contact our support team within fourteen days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the problem cannot be corrected.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, shipping error, or incorrect item sent by Purgeaecleanse. In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item and proof of shipping payment.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount when returning items for reasons other than product defects or fulfillment errors.

Once we receive and inspect your returned physical product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved refunds are processed within five to seven business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Contact us within fourteen days of delivery with photographs of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement shipment promptly. Exchanges for different products are treated as a return followed by a new purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please contact Purgeaecleanse within seven days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return of any incorrect items at our expense, as quickly as possible.

9. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your physical calm tool products, contact us within fourteen days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, Purgeaecleanse will either reship your order or issue a full refund at your preference.

10. Corporate and Bulk Orders

Returns for corporate wellness packages and bulk orders of anti-stress routine products may be subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Standard thirty-day return policies apply to individual units within bulk orders unless otherwise specified in a corporate agreement. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the matter with our customer service team may result in account suspension and denial of future purchases.
